Performs secretarial and clerical duties as needed
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keeps clients' records confidential
- Acts in the capacity of receptionist
- Receives calls and takes message with good business acumen
- Gives out forms and brochures
- Uses Microsoft Office 2007 to generate and edit spread sheets and reports
- Schedule appointments for the President, Nurse, Nutritionist, Dietitian, Grant Developer, Sports Coordinator, Coaches and Administrator
- Reads and writes e-mails
- Types and composes pertinent correspondence
- Records in-kind donations in organization database
- Performs secretarial and clerical tasks as needed
- Attends meetings and performs other tasks as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
- Applicants must be enrolled in: Business Administration, Communications, Marketing and English majors
- Applicants must be in sophomore year higher
- Ability to type accurately using word processing and other personal computer software applications and office equipment
- Ability to maintain good relationships with others in and outside the organization
- Knowledge of MS Office 2003-2007 and ability to work with outlook Express, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of standard business etiquette and knowledge of report preparation and record keeping
